23.01.2022 Covid update. All training will now be outside in the park at 4 pm and 5 pm Monday to Thursday and Saturday 10 am please book as I can only train two people at a time. We meet outside my gym bring your own water mat and mask. Training will be running, shadow boxing and bodyweight exercises. No pad work or contact maintaining a safe distance between everyone. If other times are better for you contact me and we’ll see what we can do. Also if it’s raining no training. Let’s do our best to keep you moving and keep you grooving. Box on.
