19.01.2022 Fund raising and events news. Our first fund raising event has been postponed from 25th of May till late June. We will get the exact date to you all for our now bigger and much more exciting event as soon as possible. We have set up our fund raising/donations account for those of our supporters near and far who can lend a hand in reaching our initial bureaucratic, equipment and build expenses goal of $25,000.00.... The smallest of donations will be greatly appreciated and will go a long way, should you like your name and donation amount posted here with the growing balance or not simply send a PM to this page or as a message with your deposit. Donations will reward you with a membership in the Beech Mountain Distillery founders club. Members will receive future discounts and or rewards after establishment is complete. 14.01.2022 Here is a little bit of great news everyone.. The Beech Mountain Distillery DA* is approved!! Nearly one year later but all bureaucracy has been answered, questioned agreed upon and paid for and this is the most difficult hurdle of any new idea or venture.. Special thanks to the many individuals and broader community who have supported us and got us this far. We still have a lot of practical work ahead of us now with recovering the bureaucracy expenses and then getting i...nto building and collecting our equipment but this will be a pleasure after that lot Thanks again good folk we are really happy to be at this stage and cannot wait to share in a skin full of fine fine Gin and more in the nearest possible future *Development Application

10.01.2022 A beautiful, bespoke distillery room nearing completion and the time to begin creating many flavours of bespoke and fabulous Gin draws ever closer... A great th...irst is being earned by all involved.. A megawatt of thanks to our favourite Power-Smith and friend Dave Rix for bringing us the amps and lighting the way onward and upward Doors, floor covering, furnishings, plumbing and equipment next week..
