Ingredients Strawberries Red Grapes Blueberries Beetroot Spinach Fill with 500ml of water (I do 250ml coconut water and 250ml water) and a dash of lemon and blend. This makes quite a big serve about a litre so change your amounts depending on your body size. Enjoy

01.01.2022 Monday Facts. As we age it is commonly accepted that we will lose our strength, vitality and generally slow down. I today wondered whether this was a fact or just an accepted myth. As I looked into it I found that the scientific community does not accept this as fact. It has been found that yes muscles do slow down and generally switch more to slow twitch than fast twitch, however this does not mean they cant be strengthened. To live a long happy healthy life, we should make... it a priority to keep our muscles strong. This will not only make you look and feel better, your bones will be strengthened, you will reduce your risk of injury and reduce your risk of becoming reliant on others for your daily life. So get in the gym now because the earlier you start the easier it will be when you are older.
