25.01.2022 Vitamin B12 Is a vitamin found in soil. Animals eat vit B12 in the grass they eat and we then consume it through the animal products we eat. But like Renae, how do you get Vit B12 if you eat a plant based diet and don't eat animal products?... 23.01.2022 Bone health is something we get asked a lot about particularly as people age. Calcium is stored in our bones which makes them strong. As we get older we absorb less calcium so if we don't eat enough calcium rich foods our body needs to use the calcium stored in the bones making them weaker. The best way to get more calcium in our diet is to eat foods that contain lots of calcium like broccoli, kale, chia seeds, milk, yogurt and cheese. If you're concerned about your bone health, take to one of our Osteopaths during your next visit and they will be able to provide you with more information.

11.01.2022 Farewell & best wishes Don After working in Newcastle as an Osteopath for over 15 years and establishing Beechhealth in 2008. Don has made the decision to relocate closer to family so will be leaving the clinic at the end of October 2020. We wish him the biggest of farewells and the best of luck in the future. I know I personally thank him for the friendship, mentoring and for being so giving with sharing his Osteopathic knowledge and I know I'm a better Osteopath for havi...ng worked alongside him for many years.
