20.01.2022 Hello everyone! The bees are settling for the winter, and the weather is too cold for them to make much honey.. But it is the time of year when eating honey can be extremely enjoyable! On warm porridge for breakfast, on hot toast, or in your cup of tea :) Don't forget, that The Honey Man is at the Warrnambool Sunday market each week. Though I understand the weather can be too cold to go to the market sometimes, and some people are just too busy to head down to the market.. That's why I deliver honey, to your door! Within Warrnambool, on different days each week.. Contact me to have home-delivered farm fresh honey! Or, I'll see you at the market! At the same stall with the fresh native cutflowers :)

19.01.2022 I didn't harvest too much honey this year, so my bees should survive the winter well.. Especially with this never-seen-before warm weather.. On days like today they are so active! And now on our farm we have Tasmanian Blue Gum (Eucalyptus globulus) in bloom, so the bees are having a feast! :)
