23.01.2022 Todays Monday tip is about the importance of feedback. It is imperative to use customer or client feedback as a tool to mould your strategic efforts. There is no such thing as perfection, but with quality feedback, your business can come close to it! Consider doing regular feedback surveys that can be easily distributed and completed by your target audience. This way, you can identify gaps within the industry or perhaps, where you can improve your services or products.

14.01.2022 Our tip this week is a humble reminder that competition is a good thing. It proves that there is demand for what you offer. Their very existence validates that there is a need within the market. Now that you realise that, always ensure that your strategic efforts aim to address the clients problem- ultimately resolving it. When we see competition as a nescessary evil, we cannot help but stay focussed on winning!

14.01.2022 Introducing our Monday Tip series. Every Monday we will be sharing some entrepreneurial advice to assist in the development of your business! Todays tip is to survey your target audience to learn what theyre interested in. Conducting regular research within your audience, equips you to tailor your services to meet client needs. The most important phase is your pre-work: surveying your audience to understand what theyre most interested in, and then running a pilot to test demand and ensure youre providing information thats relevant and important to them. That will put you on track to create a product people actually want. Dorie Clark
