21.01.2022 We put so much pressure on our self to be happy, healed and the perfect person and we expect it NOW. It's ok to take our time, perfection is an expectation put ...on ourselves by friends, family, media, work, and most importantly ourself... telling us we should be a certain way. Just love yourself exactly where you are. It's ok to feel sadness, pain, grief and your emotions. Just wrap your arms around yourself and say: "it's ok, why are am I feeling this way?", and just allow your inner wisdom to answer. Once you get the answer you can then let that go. Take that deep breath saying I'm ok, safe and I have learned so much from that experience.
