I am normally not really worried about the flu , virus, colds etc, stay at home , try not to spread it, if you need to sneeze sneeze in your armpit, keep washing your hands etc. just common sense ! Obviously we here at Beenleigh Natural Medicine CLinic dont want to be infected by it nor would we like to be a place where people might contract it so to all my customers if you feel of with temperature and dry cough , please stay at home !... Have hot baths, saunas, lots of vit C , Echinacea, Zinc COQ10 and the list goes on. We take care here of cleaning our common areas as much as possible .
