17.01.2022 So many people ask me the secret to glowing skin... and to be completely honest, I could recommend a number of my products, but the truth of the matter is, HYDRATION!!! I am guilty of this myself! I find it soooo damn hard to scull litres of water throughout the day, but water really IS the key to happy and healthy skin.. I personally find it a lot easier to increase my water intake by preparing an infusion of selected fruits such as lemon and cucumber or even a cold bre...w tea, such as lemongrass and ginger. And Ofcourse, finding natural products tailored to your skin type always helps! If you suffer from sensitive skin, look for key ingredients that are gentle and soothing, such as chamomile and lavender. Or for dry/mature skin, ingredients rich in vitamin C and E will help boost collagen production and ease away fine lines. (Such as our Soothing or Awakening face serums!) But bottom line.... if you are searching for a quick fix to glowing skin, good luck with that... but don't give up! Start your day with a big glass of warm water and a squeeze of lemon juice...and follow with a natural skincare routine! Love Melissa.

16.01.2022 An actress!!! Oh how I was a drama Queen!! I remember begging my mum to take me drama classes when she insisted I do ballet. Long and behold, she did. I would lock myself in my room and practice my acceptance speech for the Academy Awards. Every opportunity I had to borrow my school's video camera, I rehearse lines and film myself reinacting various roles and characters! Oh boy! ... And then somehow, along the years, my dream became a blur. Becoming an actress seemed too far fetched and instead of pursuing a career full full of glamour and red carpets, I set out to do what my heart felt was needed. I studied Social Science and purseued a career in the Disability field for 15 years. Then when my heart grew heavy and fatigued, I found myself searching for new ways to heal.. and chose Natural Therapies. Nothing has been a waste..I will never regard any of my dreams as childish or disregarded. Everything led me to where I am right now..and I thank that little girl for being so creative and ambitious, because the only reward I could ever need is Love. And I accept with open arms. MELISSA
