25.01.2022 What’s on the menu this week?? Often it’s the lack of time and overwhelm of what meals to choose to keep it interesting, healthy and yummy, plus catering for all different dietary/kids requirements too that makes our brains freeze and have no idea what to cook each week! Here is a super simple meal I found in the latest Woolies Magazine. The weather is cold and stormy here so this hearty meal spoke to me so it was on the menu this week. ... Easy cheesy lamb bake. Some tips to beef it up to make it go further and a little more healthier: - I added veggies to the mince mixture (carrot, zucchini, pumpkin) - I knew I would have limited time this day so I bought the pre cut pumpkin at woolies. I would never normally do this as convinience costs more and it lasts longer if not yet cut, but it was actually the same price as not cut pumpkin (in special) and I was using it the next day. - Add a can of lentils to add protein and fiber and make it go further - instead of cheese sauce on top I boiled cauliflower and mashed it up with grated cheese, salt and pepper. This makes a great healthy topper to meals like this rather than potato’s or just cheese. I then ripped it wi th more cheese of course though - this can be made a few days ahead and simply placed in the oven to warm up when you get home and it will be ready when you are, after you have spent your precious time with the kids instead of fighting between parenting the post school shenanigans and being a master chef before the kids chew your legs off!! - cook a double batch so there is enough for lunch or freeze half to have another night, especially on those I don’t have time or can’t be bothered cooking nights. This meal was so easy to cook and throw together and the kids loved it. They ate it so quick I didn’t get a chance to take a nice photo of it straight out of the oven Also this was cooked in our camping bbq oven outdoors so it couldn’t get any easier For more ideas and further inspiration, head over to our Facebook group www.facebook.com/groups/busymumsbee Organised

24.01.2022 To all our WA followers, this is great news!! This is a great initiative for the kids to get involved with to learn about recycling, taking responsibility and also earning some pocket money... from all the bottles they make us parents drink! Tips:... Make sure you have a designated container for the recyclable bottles to go into Assign the task to one of your children for the week, or rotate their roles Designate a time that you will take the bottles to be recycled/taken to the collection point. if you do your food shopping on a Monday, take them then, every Monday after school (the kids put the container in the car Sunday night), make it a weekend activity while your out after sport or adventures. Tailor these habits to suit your family and lifestyle but make it a habit... otherwise it will just be more clutter you are collecting that you don’t want and need in the house and it will become a burden. Some simple tips to empower your family, recycle responsibly and also earn some cash for your good deeds!

This morning I sat on the lush green grass and just starred at the ocean, letting my head, eyes and body just rest. It was so pleasant and peaceful, I didn’t want to leave. ... I find this is the time (when I let things go quiet) that I have time, energy and space to have a conversation with my thoughts. Let them settle, navigate them, then feel back in control with a plan and refreshed to move on. When was the last time you just stopped and listened to your own thoughts in a calm and peaceful way? ... If it’s been too long then write some suggestions below and pick one and do it today!! 15.01.2022 I haven’t used this resource but I love the idea of something creative to prompt you and bring the life and spark back/keep/grow in your relationship! I always promote booking in date nights and keeping them regular. Plus date nights in are a perfect way for families to have a date-quiet time together to think, act, converse and be together. They don’t always have to be out at a fancy restaurant and unless you are going to have a post movie milkshake and critic the movie tog...ether, this is not an effective conversational date method. A nice time out though, but make time to talk too! This resource may just be the tool you need to kick things off and get the conversation and fun started!! Also a great practical Christmas present too!

11.01.2022 So today I was talking with a future client during a consultation and she mentioned that she keeps seeing the numbers 222. So I looked it up to find the meaning of it. The funny thing is just before she called me I kept seeing the numbers 111 and then the phone rang being this lady enquiring about Bee Organised services. The package she would like to proceed with is called the ‘Find Your Balance Package’. ... And look what these 222 numbers are telling her It’s pretty crazy what the universe delivers us and always at the right time! Have you been seeing the same numbers consecutively around giving you a message!?
