24.01.2022 Courses Postponed All NRL coach and sports trainer courses are postponed until further notice. Once training starts up again courses will be rescheduled. Anyone who has enrolled in these courses will be contacted directly and where necessary, refunds will be issued

12.01.2022 Hey everyone! Just checking in on you all and seeing how you are travelling. I know there are lots of unanswered questions out in Clubland at the moment. QRL st...aff are meeting (via phone) regularly and trying to work through issues as they arise. We have been in contact Sunshine Coast rugby league over the past few weeks, and I just wanted to acknowledge the work they have all been doing, too many to name and all doing a great job in trying times. In terms of the pressing questions that are coming up i.e insurance, refunds for players, return to training, return to play.. all these things will be answered from a QRL level, over time. There was discussion today though, over training. Given the directive from the PM last night on gatherings, any teams caught training, even in its loosest form, will now be a police matter. So until we are advised differently unfortunately won’t be able to train Hopefully this all settles down in a few weeks and we can get back to some footy soon We will keep you informed to the best of our ability as the information comes to us Until then, Stay healthy and look out for each other Shannan Roy President BRLFC

11.01.2022 SEASON DELAYED There will be a season it’s just a delayed start. Please see advice from the league about training and games being cancelled until 1st of May, h...owever this may change with more expert advice As disruptive,and disappointing as it is, our first concern and job as a Committee is to insure the health and well being of our players,coaching and support staff and our volunteers.
