This is a four tiered, chocolate mud cake with chocolate buttercream & crushed hazelnuts in between each layer and chocolate ganache on top, yum!! All made in the Thermomix! Decorating was the fun & yummy part, however, I have Hannah’s creative skills to thank for that! Super moist and delicious! s u b s t i t u t e s I used Greek yogurt instead of creme friache or sour cream I used mandarin peel instead of orange peel ... I added walnuts to the top (recipe didn’t have this addition) Be sure to give it a go and let me know what you think!

Thought I'd share a few things I've been making during the festive season. I have some pictures but not heaps as kept forgetting to take pics. * The Grinch Cocktail equal parts vodka, midori, pineapple juice and ginger beer add ice mix in Thermi speed 6 for 30 seconds. Dip glass in sugared water then 100s and 10...00s. Finish off with a candy cane. * Rocky Road Wreath https://bakeplaysmile.com/clinkers-rocky-road-wreath/ * Gingerbread Man and red and green shortbread from Cookidoo which I wrapped up and gave as a gift to all my beautiful clients from Lincoln Hair Shack. * The Camembert with Almonds and Cranberries along with the Brie with Lemon Basil Pesto was a huge hit at not only 1 Christmas get together bit at 2 Christmas get together. So quick, simple and delicious ticked all the boxes for a nice share plate. * Cheesy Pull apart Garlic Bread... no one would know that this wasnt bread at all. Low carb, keto and gluten free. Not even a baker would know. AMAZINGLY PERFECT. Put it in a ring cake tine to look like a Christmas Wreath. * For a simple decadent dessert The Triple Layered Chocolate Cake is a must try for any celebration.
