22.01.2022 During hot weather our little girls get thirsty. We give them a water source which they can’t drown in. Interestingly the bees are busiest collecting water first thing in the morning or late afternoon.

21.01.2022 Collie Visitor Centre showcases many local products and the beeswax wrap is a new product using Bees Knees Honey Company beeswax. We are using them in our kids lunch boxes, and definitely worth a try.

13.01.2022 Our girls are busy bringing in Wandoo honey... our favourite. Usually a light honey with butterscotch flavours. First extraction should be in a couple of weeks. Last time we harvested Wandoo was about 4 years ago. Here’s hoping for a long and bountiful harvest.

08.01.2022 Quick update on deliveries to greater Bunbury area... I will be FIFO 2:1 for the next 3 months so I will work deliveries on the swing at home. I will still do the usual call out. In the mean time, we are stocked at Rusticana, The a Happy Wife, Pete’s Chop Shop, Camilles Deli Social in Treendale. We also have pickup from our home by arrangement. 04.01.2022 It has been a while since we had a call out for deliveries. This spring and start to summer has been very poor in honey collection. We have honey stocked at various stores and are careful to make sure our stocks continue to last to the next honey flow. We still welcome messages for honey orders, but no call outs for the moment. 02.01.2022 Hi Everyone Thanks for your patience whilst we moved! There are indeed a lot of messages to respond to, so please know we will be replying to each one of you as we can! Our next delivery date for all current orders is scheduled for this Saturday, 27th July. All delivery slots are full for this date but we still have availability for August at this stage . (For all messages currently waiting responses from us, you have been included in this current delivery run ).... From next month, regular deliveries will occur the last week of every month (to work around our full-time Perth based job). Please note that pickups are not currently available! Apologies but we are unable to confirm delivery times, but you are welcome to arrange a safe place for us to leave your honey if you are not home. We accept cash on delivery (yes, we do carry change) or via bank transfer. We currently have Wandoo honey in 500gm for $7.50, 1kg for $13 and 3kg for $32. Creamed honey is $5.50 for 330g tub.
