23.01.2022 How awesome are these people. I put out a page to the brigade today for some help hand loading a truck with hay to go to a fire affected area. Around 10 members... from the brigade attended to help some had just finished a 12 hour shift on the fire line. Our members never cease to amaze me. Just another proud day. See more

15.01.2022 We received this message on our post. CFA working as one. I live at Depot Beach. I haven't been able to get through (yet). My Beloved (who is there) tells me t...hat at least one person was saying at the local RFS Christmas party that he absolutely would have lost their family home out on the Highway if it weren't for Kiewa Fire Brigade. It goes to show that people literally come from far and wide to help and, in this case, to save. Yes, they went ahead with the Christmas party and cooked shoulders of lamb in Dutch ovens in the still-hot coals at the end of Fairley Street. Thank you for your efforts. See more

04.01.2022 We are back at work. During the break some of our staff were actively fulfilling their duties as CFA volunteers. We have seen things that make our hearts break....
