24.01.2022 Not a bad morning at the . "office." 12C outside and 33.6C inside. Perfect temperature to extract some amazing South Australian Mallee honey. 20.01.2022 The Bees in the Mallee had a close call just before Christmas with a lightning strike fire burning through Carcuma Conservation Park. Thanks to the efforts of the Mallee firefighters the fire didn't make it to the bees. Got pretty close though! Beautiful yummy honey from these hives is available now. Let us know if you would like some.
