16.01.2022 I went to one of my favourite customers homes on the weekend and split their inner city, balcony hive. It was over 8.6kg, very active and healthy. They are clearly very loved and spoilt bee babies, living in such aesthetically pleasing surrounds, being weighed monthly to track progress, and plants bought specifically for them! There was also over 250ml of honey harvested during the split, it was like no other honey I’ve ever tasted...I couldn’t quite put my finger on it, bu...t beautiful! They has also completely closed over one entrance. I was told they open and close it depending on what’s going on. Aren’t they amazing?! Oh and look what I found growing in a pot below the hive! While there, I grabbed some amazing potions by GypsyApothecary You my friend are very talented. If you’re looking for a great gift, and also a good giggle go check out her work! Keep me posted guys.
