22.01.2022 Delicious dinner!! Made vego tacos - blitzed up some cauliflower, chopped some zucchini, carrot and radish and fried it off with a smokey chipotle sauce (that came with the taco kit) and voila! Yummy cauliflower taco mince. Popped it in a tortilla with some other veggie stuff and a taco sauce on top

16.01.2022 Vego Christmas day magnificence! So good!!! Started with a broccoli omelette, then later a lovely cheese platter, lunch was roast sweet potato, coriander, peanut and feta salad, potato salad and green salad, and dessert was a mango and macadamia ice cream cake I made, as well as lots of chocolate over the course of the day (goes without saying really!!).
