15.01.2022 Be Fit Health & Fitness, what a journey. Our baby, something we are so very proud to have started. I think back to just over 3 years ago when we opened Be Fit. The courage it took with no experience ever running a business or let alone a gym in the very competitive health and fitness industry. And now running 2 companies both Be Fit & Fithoop at the same time! It was a massive leap, almost completely crazy and it took guts to put all our energy and learn how to run a business..., quitting our other jobs and putting all our energy into Be Fit. The highs the lows, the good and bad days, we could never have learnt that at uni or working for someone else. It's not easy running your own business and I take my hat of to all small business owners. It is now time to spread our wings and move on. New opportunities and new adventures are knocking at the door. Michael will be working on his landscaping career for now and Hayley will be running Fithoop full time and massaging both from the Illawarra and in Sydney. So Be Fits doors will be closing from the 3rd of February. This is not the last time you will hear from us Hayley's Fithoop company is posting workout videos, challenges and inspiration daily. and our wonderful Sam will still be running Zumba classes on Wednesday mornings at 9am. We will share her page so you can grab all the details. We just want to thank every one of our Be Fitters for growing with us and being so loyal. It's been an amazing few years and we have so many wonderful memories. All the whinging and whining during HIIT classes and the many many laughs. It's been worth every minute. Couldn't have done it without the support from our amazing families and awesome community. It's time for these butterflies to spread our wings.

05.01.2022 Every year our final Zumba class turns Christmassy and we all donate a gift to Wollongong Hospital children's ward so Santa can deliver them the presents on Christmas Day. Thank you to all who donated I'm sure they will put smiles on the kids faces.
