19.01.2022 Hi all just to fill you all in I had to change my business name as it was similar to others. Everything is still the same I just have changed the name to make it even more awesome :) I am now in full swing and ready to help you achieve you're health and fitness goals :)

16.01.2022 Hey team here is a little article I wrote, I hope you all enjoy the read and let me know what you think :) Post Competition Rebound Hi guys today I wanted to speak with you all about Post comp rebound (Bodybuilding/fitness shows) As I think there are a lot of people out there that would love to know what can go wrong and how to avoid the dreaded weight gain that can come all too easy.... Being a bodybuilder myself and having competed in 3 three now I know all too well what to do and what not to do. My very first competition last year was my first and I can proudly say I did not blow out at all. Yes, I did put more weight on than I had planned but by no means did I blow out. Fast track to my two shows this year. The first one was April 23rd and my second one was four weeks later. After my first one all my body wanted to do was eat and eat I did. I overloaded myself with crappy sugar loaded foods which I was craving beyond belief. This set me up for the ultimate sickness for the next few days and ultimately I believe that it affected majorly how I looked in my second show. Since my second show I have put on a lot of unwanted weight which I am upset at. I made a lot of mistakes and I have no one to blame but myself. This sport is such a learning curve and I have 110% learnt what not to do after comp and that is eat like I have never eaten before and not reverse diet. The reverse diet is such an important factor in not blowing out tremendously. If I had my time over again I would reverse diet. If you are unsure on what to do or are struggling with dealing with the post comp blues then I highly recommend chatting to your coach about dealing with it the right way. Yes of course you can enjoy food a little but trust me from experience do not eat yourself sick every single time you feel like something just enjoy it in moderation. Your body will thank you later down the track when you are still looking epic!!! I hope you all enjoyed my little insight into the post comp rebound. If you have any questions or query’s feel free to contact me and I would be more than happy to help you out where I can
