It will be $10 for the seminar and bootcamp session which should finish up just before 10am. All are welcome! 08.01.2022 http:// 8 WEEK CHALLENGE INFO // 8WKC: info/expression of interest for the 8 Week Challenge which I'm thinking of beginning in the next two weeks - towards the end of April which will run through until the end of June. The length of the challenge will obviously be 8 weeks in duration with testing beginning prior to week 1, end of week 4 and then at the completion of the challenge - end of week 8. Like the last challenge there will be a points system and an overall winner at the en...d - so again will need to have before and after photos, log your food in my fitness pal and upload your food journals to this page, compete and perform well in the testing and attend all the session. I would be wanting you to commit to a minimum of 3 sessions and a max of 5 sessions per week.Session times will run as normal and will include 3 weight sessions and two hiit - cardio/long distance/intervals. Please comment below if you are interested along with what days/session times you would be able to make each week so I can get an idea of numbers/interest etc. Please contact me for prices and further information.
