11.01.2022 Amanda Gillies from the NSW Nurses and Midwives Association says the new South East Regional Hospital needs more doctors and nurses - but is likely to lose doct...ors under proposed plans. Labor's Mike Kelly, Member for Eden-Monaro, and Walt Secord, NSW Shadow Minister for Health, came to Bega today to discuss ongoing concerns about staff shortages and service delivery at the new hospital. Dr Kelly says the core of the problem is federal funding cuts and that the NSW government is stepping towards privatisation as a solution. See more
