25.01.2022 Our commercial girls getting some special treatment today

25.01.2022 Amos Vale Galloway, pictured here with one of his cows, in his work clothes. We are enjoying the lovely change in weather and patiently waiting with fingers crossed that our crops get a nice finish.

24.01.2022 Introducing BH Prime Time (AI), this guy was our 7th entry for the Wodonga National, however due to admin error his DNA sample was left a little late. A young Yarram Lottery son, he was a favourite of Harveys (hence why we used him over our own heifers). He is now up for private sale. Ready and raring to go. Inbox us for more details or contact Harvey 0427866943 or Andrew 0431154276

24.01.2022 This week we will feature our sale bulls up for offer with their sires. Stay tuned for next week as we will showcase the dams of our young bulls. Above- Yarram Lottery H220 Below- BH Pandomonium (AI)

23.01.2022 Our newest Stud Sire Amos Vale Galloway is looking striking out with his first females. We have selected some of our leading females for him to be joined to for his first outing. We are very excited to see his progeny come next year!

The fourth shot is of a race which now can accomodate 15 bulls right across and inside under shelter. Will have finished photos when completed

22.01.2022 Some more progress shots. Just about finished now. A tidy up and we will be ready for some bulls.

21.01.2022 With the sun setting on the Wodonga National for another year, we just want to take this opportunity to congratulate all breeders, buyers and under bidders. We had a clearance a 4 from 6 bulls with an average of $5000. Both buyers are return clients. We are very pleased with the result.

19.01.2022 Today a long term buyer, Mick Battersby, who has been purchasing from us for 30 years, called in to have a look at our bull draft for Wodonga 2021. Both young bulls are by Red hill Unique M028. He said the low birth weight and doing ability of the young bulls is what attracted him. He liked them so much he has decided to take them home.

18.01.2022 Our Wodonga bulls getting the treatment this afternoon. This routine has been developed by my grandfather and continued with my father and myself, now the next generation is starting to get involved. Our bulls are all individually ration fed, making sure we have them tucking along at there own pace. We don’t like to push our bulls, they continue growing well after this shed. Ration feeding the bulls also doubles up on temperament training. A radio is playing all day long (The bulls are all over the budget) which helps with the crowd noise when they get out and about. Beggan Hill Bulls, Family traditions- quality bloodlines

17.01.2022 Our completed multipurpose sheep yards and cattle holding yards. We have doubled our holding capacity of sheep, taking it to about 1000. The under cover draft and race will make sheep husbandry so much cooler in summer.

05.01.2022 Today, after an eventful few days including Harvey and our close friend and agent Charlie Butt being involved in a car accident, (both are Uninjured) we managed to purchase two outstanding females from the Thornleigh dispersal Sale.
