21.01.2022 I saw a post yesterday on a closed group about clients ghosting businesses especially small businesses . I wish I could of shared it with everyone as I couldnt of agreed more. Ghosting Is especially tough for a small business, we take the time to reply within 12 hours and quote up the perfect package for the client to only then have them to go quiet after a few correspondence or not to reply at all after numerous follow ups. Unlike the larger businesses, Small businesses rely on converting each and every enquiry so with that in mind I ask can you please - even if you dont wish to do with them send back a reply. Put yourself in their position would you like to be ghosted? I think not!

However, marquees can be very expensive and this is why I recommend to budget conscious clients to look at venues like Caversham House or Joondalup Resort that have on-site marquee to hire. This allows client to have their dream marquee wedding at half the cost!
