20.01.2022 Important!! Please read. Here at BTM, we have always operated under a blanket of respect and value for our customers. When Covid restrictions allowed us to open once more, we did so with strict hygiene measures in place, for your, and our, safety and wellbeing. We operate under the Federal Government Covid Safety Plan. With the latest community circumstances, we shall once again move back to our strictest hygiene and safety measures. These include:... Our door remains locked to allow us to control numbers in store for social distancing purposes. We may be a large store but there are certain high traffic areas so for your safety there will be no more than 12 Customers (or 3 groups) allowed inside our 300 square metres at any given time. A hand sanitising station is available at the front of the store, please ensure you, and everyone in your care, make proper use of this facility. Staff will sanitise their hands between customers. Common surfaces will be Viracleaned (ViraClean is a hospital grade anti bacterial that has been proven to kill Corona Virus on surfaces) between customers and all surfaces will be Viracleaned at the end of each day. Staff will wear masks whilst you are in-store and whilst we will not enforce mask wearing by our customers, we do politely ask that you afford us the same level of concern and respect and wear a mask if you have one. We do have disposable masks that we can give to you, please feel free to ask your friendly staff for one if you need. These measures are put in place to ensure your and our safety and will remain until this latest threat is over and may cause small time delays with shopping in-store. Whilst we value and respect our customers; we also value and respect our staff and ask that you do the same. We are all in this together and doing the best that we can. We are at the end of a very long, stressful and exhausting year. Please understand that we keep our stock levels as high as we can but Covid worldwide has impacted this and some items may not be available in the size and colours that you require. Wholesalers are also now closed for orders so there may be some delays for some popular items. Please bear with us. If you are shopping online for an item that is required now, please call prior to ordering to ensure that it is in stock to avoid disappointment and refunds. Together, with care and respect for others, we can and will make it through this once more.

14.01.2022 We implemented health and safety measures when we re-opened after our Covid shut down. In July, we became a registered Covid Safe business. Today, in light of Gladys Berejiklian's announcement we have downloaded the Service NSW Check In QR Code and ask that all customers use this to check in when shopping in-store. You will need to be registered with Service NSW, which you should be if you have a licence and or a car registration. Check in will work almost instantaneously if you have the Service NSW App on your phone. From 1 January, all hospitality venues, and many other service oriented businesses such as retail, in NSW will require you to use this one code to gain entry so downloading the App now is a good idea.
