22.01.2022 I have been fortunate with a physically breezy pregnancy, and this has given me the opportunity to explore the deeper emotional changes of becoming a mumma. As we navigate our changing energy, we are also experiencing our bubbas unique energy system. The tree of life represents the origin of the soul, growing & nurturing a new being. This little human already has elements of us & our ancestors, as well as their own purpose to contribute to this world. Thank you Beth Joyce - Face and Body Artist Anita Hamilton Louise Mackie My Health Yoga for inspiring & creating this fun vision with me.

15.01.2022 Pregnancy has given me the opportunity to experience yoga in a new light. I am taking this sacred journey one breath at a time and learning along the way how to share the gift of yoga with other Mummas thank you Lou!!

10.01.2022 The sacred journey of pregnancy. We emphasise growing & birthing a new soul into the world, however little do we talk about the rebirthing of the mother (and father). Personally, I have found pregnancy to be a complete shift of identity for myself, and my wonderful man, as we challenge ourselves as individuals and create space for a greater purpose. Yoga has been an anchor for me on this journey. What was your inner experience of pregnancy?

09.01.2022 Look someone in the eye, and see yourself. Life is funny sometimes. Our inner world reflecting back to us in our outer experience. Completely blind sighting us until we expand our awareness to gain INsight Give yourself space. In between your reactions, thoughts, each breathe to just be in your own gentle awareness. There is an opportunity for expansion in every experience.
