22.01.2022 Our Performing Arts Group has been very busy towards the end of 2019. Here are the photos recording our performances at SunPac Summerfest Gala Performance at the end of November 2019. We have received warm reviews from audience.

20.01.2022 Our dance team participated the second round of the Lord Mayor Senior Cabaret Showcase performance at the Prince Theatre. Mr Tan in the photo played Xun Solo in the company of our beautiful dancers. Do you know that the music instrument Mr Tan was playing is an ancient Chinese wind instrument made about 5000 years ago?



19.01.2022 Due to the recent Corovirus warnings, we have cancelled the celebration event scheduled today. The health of our members and friends is our utmost concern, and we will be back with more cultural and business events once it is safe to do so.

16.01.2022 The Christmas Beach BBQ was joyful. Many people attended the event. The weather was great in the afternoon after thunderstorms in the morning. Everyone enjoyed food, wine, walking along the beachside, photographing and chatting. Thank you everyone for supporting our organization. Special thanks to our professional photographers, Ian and Yanon for the wonderful photos.

16.01.2022 We are raising funds for bushfire disaster through Red Cross. Many members of our association are proud Australians and we feel it is our duty to help the nation at the time of disaster!



15.01.2022 Pandemic restrictions start to relax, and our dance team has resumed their weekly practice at 12:30-2:30, every Monday at Sunnybank Community Hall, 121 Lister St, Sunnybank. It is the first time the ladies dance together after the social distancing law commenced in March. Don’t you see? Happiness are flowing through their body and soul, beautifully....

15.01.2022 Celebrating Australia National Day and Chinese New Year together, we are holding a special dumpling party where we will share dumplings and other Chinese and Australian food, sing Australian and Chinese songs, and perform new dances, including a Jazz dance in Chinese costume. The key element of this celebration is actually the Bushfire Appeal Fundraising for Australia Red Cross Disaster Assistance Fund. We have received kind donations of Children’s clothes from a retired Chinese businessman, and all sales proceeds from the children’s clothing along with any cash donations will be forwarded to the Red Cross. We look forward to a fun and charitable event on 26 January 2020!

09.01.2022 Song and dance I Love You, China depicts a story that an overseas Chinese traveller was emotionally attached to the beautiful sceneries in the country. This performance was well received at the SunPac Summerfest.



09.01.2022 Our dance team performed Chinese cultural dances at the Lord Mayor Senior Cabaret master class at SunPac. It was such an exhilarating experience for our dancers amid pandemic social distancing restrictions. 08.01.2022 Xun is an ancient egg-shaped, holed wind instrument that originated from China about 5 thousand years ago. Our Performing arts Group has performed an Xun and dance show called The story of the southern city. Isn’t it beautiful? This performance was done at a Church in Bracken Ridge as part of the Christmas celebrations, with a touch of Chinese culture.

04.01.2022 During the Covid 19 pandemic, we received kind donations of non-surgical face masks for our organisation to distribute to the community. We have distributed these masks to vulnerable groups of individuals such as students, mothers of young children, elderlies and people working with children. We believe that preventive masks help safeguard the community in the current pandemic, and are pleased to relay the kindness and compassion to the community.
