23.01.2022 Support Coordination in Core The NDIS has realised what an important role Support Coordinators play in assisting participants and families to implement their plans, so Support Coordination can now be taken out of Core Funding. During these trying times, now is a good opportunity for those wanting to use some Core funds, who don’t have Support Coordination or who may have used up their Support Coordination, to get some assistance.... Whether it be planning for your meeting, doing a change of circumstances or putting in for a review we can assist via our Zoom or FaceTime sessions. If you are self or plan managed give us a call or send us a message today!

10.01.2022 Purchasing iPads, tablets etc Is an iPad or Tablet Reasonable and Necessary? In order to be considered reasonable and necessary, a support or service:... - must be related to a participant’s disability - must not include day-to-day living costs not related to your disability support needs, such as groceries - should represent value for money - must be likely to be effective and work for the participant, and - should take into account support given to you by other government services, your family, carers, networks and the community The question is "if myself or my child didn't have a disability would we need an iPad or tablet to continue with my therapies at home" If the answer is no, it is reasonable and necessary!

09.01.2022 This is a reason why we created this business. So this does not happen and we are always checking in and making sure everyone is doing the right thing. How can we make sure this never happens again?
