12.01.2022 Only 2 more days before our first exploratory, extra joyful cuddle party. Our intention in offering this is to create space for you to be nourished, to connect inwards, to feel the joy of giving and receiving and importantly to connect into a supportive loving community. AND to have fun and giggles. We so hope to see you this Wednesday at the sacred grounds of the Tauhara Centre. Love Jody

08.01.2022 The essence of this offering is to bring in, and experience, authentic joy and connection into our community. As we move into new unknown times in our world where division, distrust and disconnection can be here, strengthening our connection to community can be what we most need. When Julia Neumann and I were imagining what this could be we wrote this...... "When I learn to trust and open my heart more to a less conditional space, I can learn to shift my nervous system from closed and tight to open and spacious. From that openness I can connect to nourishment, love and joy with myself and others. If your needing some connection, nourishment, play or something new... come and join us.

07.01.2022 Thanks to all of you who physically or energetically supported our first ever cuddle party. It felt incredible to be offering this work into our community, developing our relational skills of connection is exciting, edgy and can have deep positive impacts to so many area's of our lives.
