Definitely a negroni, equal parts of three ingredients diluted to perfection, as requested by Count Camillo Negroni, who wanted an Americano with a bit more kick. As for his favourite Bunker Concoction? Twenty Twenty. You’d be forgiven if you thought a drink named 2020 tasted like absolute rubbish but unlike the year it is actually delightfully delicious.
