25.01.2022 For all my wonderful clients Ben and I welcomed our beautiful daughter Hallie Robin Stanley on Monday the 8th of July at 11:42pm. She weighed a perfect 3.1kgs (7lbs) and was 48cms long We are so in love with our newest little addition. And thank you so much for all the support throughout my pregnancy and checking in on me to see how I was going and for all the lovely messages we really appreciate it

25.01.2022 This message is amazing! There needs to be more brave women like all of these amazing women who have bared their bodies to show that we all come in different shapes and sizes after having a baby I too, have just had a baby 3 months and 1 week ago to be exact and I have found myself looking at myself in the mirror post-baby criticising myself about the excess skin I now have on my belly, and how huge my legs and butt have gotten and crying because my old clothes just dont ...fit like they used to. Seems quite vein really when you think about it.... but coming from a fitness background and being extremely fit before I got pregnant I had a pretty tough opinion about the way I should look. Slowly but surely I am trying to learn to love all the new parts of my body that I got from creating a tiny but perfect little human who I call my daughter She is my purpose and I dont want her to grow up hating her body and thinking that she needs to look a certain way to feel validated in todays society. All women need to stand together and be proud of those stretch marks that now cover every inch of your belly, boobs, legs and butt, love every inch of the excess body fat your carrying as your body needed that excess fat to keep your baby nourished both in the out of the womb, be proud that you created a healthy and happy little human (sometimes we forget just how magnificent out bodies really are in creating a life - its pretty spectacular) and most of all know that you are not alone in having these feelings of hatred, not thinking youre worthy enough and feeling just outright down on yourself. It took 9 amazing months to grow a little human so lets all try to be a little less hard on ourselves. Change/growth takes time so just take it one step at a time and find what makes your body/soul happy #nomoreprebabybody

18.01.2022 To all my wonderful clients, as you know I am starting my maternity leave as of next week as I am due to have my first baby very soon I am unsure on my return at this stage as I plan to enjoy motherhood and be the best Mum I can to my little girl. 16.01.2022 Finally.... this is great! Pain medication is used too much as a band aid and not getting to the cause of the chronic pain. Moving our bodies has proven to help pain suffers to feel better, stronger and finding themselves not needing to take anywhere near as many pills to get them through the day. It doesnt have to be strenuous or anything crazy exercise related - simply going for a walk, rehab exercises etc are all so beneficial for your body cannot preach anymore how wonderful exercise is for the mind but also for the body!

13.01.2022 Exercising whilst pregnant can offer multiple benefits when done in a safe manner whilst also listening to your body. Exercise has been found to reduce lower back pain, increase energy levels and can also help you sleep better working with a pre and post natal trainer whilst you are pregnant is a great way to help you stay strong and to help you with labour and when you have your little one in tow remember you will need clearance from your GP before partaking in any form of exercise regime

PF is so, so important and is something we sometimes forget about and neglect. Becoming conscious of your PF and making sure you know how to activate it is a very important at any age

02.01.2022 Do you want to take your relationship to the next level, help support each other and push each other to be the absolute best both physically and mentally? I have had the pleasure of training Adam and Ash together for the past 12 months and they both have come such a long way with their training which has also benefited their relationship. Have a read to see why they enjoy training together. It adds another dimension to our relationship. It is something we have in common that... we can talk about. We can compare techniques, but also sympathise with the difficulties. We can help each other through the bad times and high five each other at the milestones. Another good point for us is that the longer we train with you, the more training takes a priority for us. It is valued time together that benefits us physically and mentally. My body is stronger, I have less breakages and sprains. But mentally as well, because I can see and feel the benefits and that makes me feel better about my body and its capabilities. Small group training has multiple benefits such as: It is more affordable (you can split the cost between you all) You get to keep each other accountable and have fun at the same time You can focus on technique and how to carry out all exercises in a safe manner Gain self confidence And achieve all those goals you never thought were possible!
