04.01.2022 It’s been a very tough weekend for my husband and I, with someone very close to us struggling with their mental health. We are ok, drained but ok!! Late last night we were going to pull out of the ASICS Bridges Fun Run, but even after a night of no sleep, we decided a coffee, an hour to ourselves without the kids and a good hard run would provided us with the mental clarity and emotional stability to tackle another day and you know what?? It was exactly the remedy we needed....
