25.01.2022 Tonight's pick up.... please read the following extract from Rob's email this afternoon. Any Carawatha students unclear on how they are being collected this afternoon will be supervised on the pathway to the front office until collected. We will also have extra staffing at school exit points to ensure all uncollected students are accounted for. Any students not collected at Laffers Rd, Main Rd or Rokewood Ave will then be supervised on the pathway to the front office until co...llected. Thank you all for your ongoing support in this ever changing landscape.

18.01.2022 Well done to the SAPSASA cricket team. Wednesday they represented Belair playing in the Statewide Schools Sports Competition. They defeated Craigburn PS convincingly in game one but were defeated by Sacred Heart College in round two, who were our joint grand finalist last year. This unfortunately means they do not progress to play any more games. Thank you to our cricket coordinator Chris for coaching and Luke and Paul for their assistance.

14.01.2022 A big thank you to our wonderful Parent Association for your recognition on World Teacher's Day. We appreciate your kindness, support and generosity. We have worked well together during these times.

13.01.2022 Congratulations to the boys from Belair Primary who competed in the SA Sapsasa district softball competition. City South/Southern Heights won Division 1. Well done to all who participated.

13.01.2022 A big thank you to our parent volunteers for assisting with our contacting afternoon last week. We are currently targeting our popular series books and many are now covered. A big thanks also to the parents helping from home. If you are interested in helping with covering books, please contact the library team.

11.01.2022 Last week a number of students were involved in SAPSASA Mountain Bike competitions. The boys had a great day despite the cooler weather. Congratulations to all involved in the event. Thank you to those who were able to support Astrid and James on the day, it was very much appreciated.

11.01.2022 Friday night was the annual Southern Heights District Swimming carnival. Our team was a little smaller than previous years due to illness but the team sure made up for it on the night. Overall we finished with 3 - 1st places, 5 - 2nd places, 2 - 3rd places and 3 - 4ths. Well done to all participants and parent supporters.

09.01.2022 Our Eco club students have been hard at work weeding and cleaning up in Rokewood Scrub at lunch time each Friday. Once the hard work is complete they love to use our special camera to check out the inhabitants of the various ‘nesting’ boxes installed in the trees. No one was home in the bat boxes and bird boxes but it was a full house in the possum boxes.

08.01.2022 Our wonderful Ali runs the Belair Primary School playgroup on Fridays from 9am until 10.30am in the OSHC building. The little ones have a fun time with lots of different activities.

06.01.2022 You may have noticed how fantastic our grounds are looking, in particular the gardens around the school. Thank you to our wonderful groundsmen for their hard work and dedication to helping our school look as great as it does. Last weekend Chris, one of the hard working men, opened his home garden to raise funds for charity. Chris had a very successful day and featured in the Sunday Mail. Congratulations Chris, your garden looks amazing.

05.01.2022 Lest we forget. Remembrance Day at school.

01.01.2022 Lest we forget... Today we celebrated Rememberance Day with a whole school assembly conducted by our SRC executive group. Thank you to the time and effort put into this by the whole executive group. Our presidents Kate and Matilda laid a wreath as part of the Blackwood service and we thank them for representing our school. Thank you to Amanda's florist for the beautiful wreath.
