19.01.2022 I can't remember when we last had a decent rain this early in the Autumn. We have had 43 mm in the last few days. This is the first time in many years that I have been able to sow rye in the Autumn. Spring sowing has been the norm. Hopefully the rye will produce a lot of feed for my sheep to eat during the cold winter, then I harvest the grain to make whisky then the sheep have dessert of rye spent mash.

18.01.2022 Thanks to wine-searcher for posting this article, but at the end you said Belgrove prices have increased. They have not, at least not on my website or sales I make to wholesalers. In fact some prices are coming down to make my whiskies more available.
