25.01.2022 There’s a massive difference between a sales funnel and a marketing funnel; the former is a one-dimensional transaction while the latter is a journey. To that end, the entire landing page ‘subscription’ is part of a broader experience. This is why we provide (optional) conditional redirects based on the type of subscription interaction. 22.01.2022 The form-based escalation of commitment means that we don't share the same website lead magnet if a user has already subscribed. Instead, we'll show them something else (that is relevant) to edge them deeper into our marketing funnel experience. Today we built that feature into our plugin rather than keep the functionality hosted on the Platform. Simply drag and drop the desired form order and our system does the rest. Of course, this feature is just one of the many that are ...all self-hosted, fully integrated, future-proof, 100% ASIC compliant system in Australia, and the only marketing experience that provides site-wide conditional functionality (content, geography, and interest). It amazes me that brokers are still investing into those antiquated and low-performing 'lead page' 'systems' (our landing pages are fully integrated with clever AI-driven conditional functionality). Our superior technology aside, our current top-performing broker came to us in August having written less than $15 the previous 12 months... and he's now dealing with around 40+ million generated in just the last 6 weeks (and he's yet to place a single Facebook or other advert). Our proprietary marketing systems return more high-value leads than any other service in Australia. Period.

18.01.2022 This afternoon we engaged in some brainstorming and developed (in principle) a game-changing marketing funnel feature (we shared a photo of our whiteboard scribbles hoping we'd assign development time this month). By 9pm we had a fully functional version built into our plugin (the first of its kind ever created). It does what only a *fully-integrated* product can do. 06.01.2022 Poor news reporting over the last few days has focused on broker fees as if they were something the client wasn’t familiar with. The sentiment was shared on The Project, The Business, and numerous other cringe-worthy sources. Brokers have always operated on the basis that their services are supplied to the client on the basis of commissions paid directly by the lender. The National Consumer Credit Protection Act, 2019 (Section 121) legislates the need for brokers to fully dis...close all applicable commissions and fees. This legislation is supported by other requirements consistent with that of Credit Licencing and industry governing bodies. This disclosure is made at least once during the course of a relationship and no secret is made of its existence a broker doesn’t work for free. Despite this very common information industry news commentators have failed to represent the broking trade in a fair, honest, or accurate manner. We called Ian Verrender, ABC’s Business Editor, regarding his comments on broker remuneration on Monday night’s The Business. The same call was placed to The Project team and a few other organisation with a less-than-satisfactory care factor. The video above provides us with a good indication of how seemingly intelligent people say stupid things. Verrender’s comments regarding the best-interest obligation are simply false.
