25.01.2022 To my lovely clients who have children on the spectrum this may be new and interesting to you. These two gentlemen ooze integrity.

25.01.2022 Is a picture just a moment in time? Or, does it speak a thousand words? This was a lovely afternoon with Cowboy and his new friend today.

20.01.2022 What a year! It was a bit of a rodeo when I’m only ready for the lead classes. Thank you 2020 for bringing great clients new learning and self awareness. I look forward to 2021 with an open mind and with my riding helmet firmly in place to be sure you can’t throw us early. Happy new year everyone ride with it, it’s going to be awesome.

19.01.2022 Let me share the fantastic day I had with Australian Brumby Photography By Carol Hancock and Nikki Alberts I headed up to Adaminaby and met 6 Brumbys caught only a week ago and settling in well. A couple of Brumby’s from last year’s trapping and the lovely herd of predominantly Clydesdales. Snow. And a drive through the recovering fire grounds.... PLEASE SEE THE COMMENTS FOR MORE PICS AND VIDEOS.

18.01.2022 Silent auction opportunity to support the Brumbies to new homes. If this sounds like something you’d like to see provide your support with a bid.

18.01.2022 This is the same for horse training and people! Amidst the chaos is excitement for change is coming.

17.01.2022 Everyone will celebrate in different ways today, enjoy what you have. I’m grateful for the family I will have with me today. Merry Christmas everyone and thank you for your support in 2020.

16.01.2022 Happy Valentine’s Day. Funny how things are.... Mark and I don’t really do Valentine’s Day. This year I decided I love myself enough that I could do something for myself without needing Mark to ‘validate’ me. Then an unusual thing happened, Mark invited me to pick roses from the garden. It was a lovely way to spend half an hour with him. My point is, LOVE YOU this Valentine’s Day. Your love for yourself is the most important and when you have that who knows what you might i...nvite in. See more

16.01.2022 Nothing like baby critters

16.01.2022 The message in this is important. The struggle is real. Today I faced my own challenges with this and rode for the first time in more than 12 months. I always find lots of reasons not to ride but put them all aside today, trained what appeared until I was confident with what the horse showed me was going to be a safe ride. So much gratitude to the person who offered to hang around for support. You motivated me to Cowgirl Up. I’m really happy I did. ... I coach the techniques I used today that show me how the horse is feeling and increase my confidence to get on. If you’d like help to build confidence with your horse book in a session.
