18.01.2022 I've done my Monday morning run, what have you done? What's your excuse? I suffer with mild exercise induced asthma which hits me 10-15 minutes after a hard bout of exercise instead of endorphins 'yes I did that'. Its painful wheezing and mucous secretion to the max but I get through it with the help of a Ventolin. After a few puffs I am satisfied with the work/pain ive gone through! :) there is always a way to maintain/control an illness/injury but another form of Medicine is exercise! So get moving! :) Happy Monday everyone! !
