19.01.2022 I dont follow the Ketogenic diet, but I do follow a diet where I typically eat between four to six hours every day, its a type of intermittent fasting. My fir...st meal between 1pm and 2pm - Ill normally have; 250-300g salmon and 250-300g baby octopus, 250g of sweet potato, 30g soft goats cheese, and salad (approx. 1000 cals). My second meal - Ill have a shake. Theres about 80g protein, collagen, pea protein, and Ill have some rice crackers with peanut butter (approx. 1000 cals). My last meal at 6pm - For dinner, Ill have 350g chicken, with sweet potato and salad. Looking after my gut health has allowed me to maintain consistent levels of energy and perform at my best. I sometimes swing between feelings of fear of not being good enough or failure, so take the easy option but have learnt in the past that commitment and consistency is key for forward growth and achieving results.
