19.01.2022 WTF is the difference between #headhunting & #recruitment!? All headhunters are recruiters, but not all recruiters are headhunters. HEADHUNTING IS a professional whose job is to proactively source, approach, vet, and introduce suitable candidates for their client's open roles. It's their responsibility to find candidates with the desired skillset and experience. Often, a company might engage a headhunter if they're having trouble finding suitable candidates with rare or... unique skills. Headhunters don't rely on candidates who've expressed interest in a job role , In fact, the candidate - who is approached by the headhunter - is likely to of never heard of the job role. Headhunters are proactive RECRUITMENT IS known to source talent through conventional means, such as online job boards.
