25.01.2022 This month I swapped banks for bunches & ran a couple of fundraising sites for Daffodil Day! So thrilled to help the cancer council raise their $4 Million Dollar goal for cancer research. A cause that is incredibly close to my heart... I consider myself extremely fortunate that the ones I love have survived cancer, but not everyone is that lucky. Thank you so much to all of the generous people who donated and or shared their stories with me. Also a special thanks to all of my amazing clients whose unwavering support and loyalty gives me the freedom to work from wherever I choose. This has allowed me to be with my own family when it was needed the most and for that I am forever grateful. Thank you

Due to a combination of factors concerning economic growth, employment and the international economy. Unbelievable all new historical low cash rate in an attempt to boost the economy. A short summary below of what is to come: National Market Outlook 2020 Low Interest Rates Low Inflation / Capital Growth... Low Wages Growth Anticipated "recession" (actual definition just 2 consecutive quarters of negative economic growth). 13.01.2022 Update: The Federal Government and banks want to help customers through these stressful times. The RBA have announced just today an emergency rate cut, bringing the cash rate to an all new record low of .25%. This is expected to be passed on through the banks. In addition to this all lenders have processes in place to help provide a range of solutions to customers experiencing financial hardship. These support packages will vary from lender to lender and I will be staying inf...ormed of the options as they are made available. At this stage we expect some of the options will be: A deferral of scheduled loan repayments Temporary interest-only periods to assist with cashflow Debt consolidation to make repayments more manageable All of the banks have a dedicated hardship department to provide support and assist with you situation in times like these. Assistance will be available not only for mortgages, but should also apply to credit cards, personal loans and other debt or business facilities. People are already feeling the financial effects of the Corona virus with loss of income, reduced hours of work and less work for small business plus many other side effects. ME: *Clearly better at broking than Champagne popping TBT Better Business Awards 2019... Honestly this is unbelievable! A special thank you to those clients who took it upon themselves to band together & hijack these prestigious usually industry nominated awards Seems the judging panel were bombarded with public nominations proclaiming I was the best! 08.01.2022 RBA be like: "How low can you go?" Cash Rate: "All time record low .50%" The rate cut today is largely a result of economic turmoil, with rising concerns over the impact of the coronavirus. This could provide relief for many in our struggling economy, and is a great opportunity to help reduce debt or acquire more assets. Hopefully all the banks will pass on the cut in full, Westpac, ANZ, NAB and Commonwealth bank have already announced they will be reducing rates by .25%. As my business is interest rates this is pretty exciting, lowest rates in Australian history! Time to go shopping for my clients! Cheers China

06.01.2022 After a hectic lead up to Christmas this feels so accurate The banking world turns into a battlefield during the festive season! I have been working so hard to help many people into their new homes or obtain approvals to secure properties before the Christmas/New Year closures. This time of year can certainly be more challenging but my clients are always worth it! Banks have cut off time frames, skeleton staff, limited spots for settlements, solicitors/conveyancers and real estate agents also close. If purchasing it is important to request for extended finance clause and settlement dates when signing contracts over the holiday periods
