24.01.2022 You always had the power my dear, you just had to learn it for yourself! Today when I woke up I had an epiphany. Today I decided to get off the hamster wheel and really start living my best life. I am sharing this here today to share my story. It is an essay I wrote last year, my story if you will, and hopefully it will be one of many that can help people. Even though Ive lived an eventful and fulfilling life, I feel like Im just getting started. Lets just call t...his chapter one. If it resonates with you let me know, or you feel it can help someone feel free to pass it on. In the future as I move forward I intend to work with womens groups who are making a difference in peoples lives and a third of any monetary gifts that are received will be passed on to those groups. 16.01.2022 So after coming off my 1st week back on nightshift, after the best sleep ever, I continue my weekly ritual and decide to explore the local area. Coffee, journaling and good food was in order. The Willow and Spoon cafe was in the area and definitely did not disappoint. Amazing food and fantastic service made with love So if youre in the Brisbsne area and you love great coffee and Awsome food like I do, give them a try. You wont be disappointed. Adding this to my favourite coffee shop and food list. I love discovering new places, especially the ones that make good coffee

13.01.2022 So Im almost on my way. All good things must come to an end I guess? And yes it did go very quick. Canada is everything Id hoped for and more. Its see you later for now, but Ill definitely be back. Its definitely been an amazing trip which I wont soon forget. number 1 on my living list, done and dusted, and I feel like Ive only just touched the surface. Canada eh?!

13.01.2022 So today I felt very excited to explore this beautiful city. I loved the contrast of the modern and the old French quarter. Some amazing architecture, food and sights to behold. And ........... I ticked off number 3 on my living list!!! It was just a warm up for tommorrow when I get to see the Aura light and music show. I am not religious per say, however I am passionate about old architecture and history. And I absolutely love beautiful old churches. I love hearing people...s and places stories. I must admit when I saw the Bascilica I shed a tear, and when I went inside I just stood there in awe! I had goosebumps when I heard the organ play. The energy in the air was amazing and theres something to be said for a building that has stood the test of time. The craftsmanship and detail was amazing. I cannot wait for tommorrow to do some more exploring. See more

08.01.2022 When people ask me, what inspires you to continue to Travel Fearlessly through life my answer is nearly always the people in it, the people Im yet to meet along my journey and the experiences Im yet to have. When times are tough and Im not sure if my next move, I ask myself what would the women do who have gone before me. So today I want to celebrate one of those women who inspires me in a daily basis. Ombretta Zanetti you are one of a kind and I can not imagine my life w...ithout you in it. You have always Travelled Fearlessly and paved the way for those of us who are just getting started. Your generous soul, kind heart and adventurous spirit inspire me everyday. You live as authenticity and bravely as anyone could ever hope to. When I grow up I want to be just like you! 06.01.2022 So I finally ticked of another one in my top 10 Montreal you did not disappoint. Seeing the Aura light show was simply breath taking. Especially at night. We werent aloud to take any pictures or videos during the show, however we were aloud to take some before it started. ( I will post the YouTube video link later ) Great way to finish off the last night here. Canada you stole my heart and soul, its not goodbye but see you soon!!!

02.01.2022 At what point do we stop letting our circumstances define us? When we are born into certain circumstances at what point do we choose to outgrow and move forward with our lives? When does the healing happen? When weve had relationships that no longer serve us, at what point do we stop repeating and replaying the lessons we need to learn from this? At what point do we stop listening to them and really start living? ... At what point do we stop letting our upbringing hold us back from where we want to get too in life? ( what ever that means for us ) When do we let go of fear and negativity and start to truly embrace and live our life to the fullest? When do we become the best version of ourselves inspite of everything that has happened? When do we become who we were meant to in the first place? Answer : when ever we choose!
