Roll out rested dough on thermomat 30 x 40cm spread cheese mix over dough, leave some aside for the top. . Toll up dough into log. Cut into 3-4cms rounds. Place on baking tray. Sprinkle with reserved cheese mix. Rest 20mins if you have time, then bake 190 degrees 25-30 minutes. . Once cut you could put In The fridge covered to be baked the next day. . Easy. See more
