04.01.2022 Not everything I make in the kitchen is for eating ... I make my own body scrub and also a cleaning paste that is good for just about everything. A $1.59 bag of Baking Soda / Bi-Carb is the base for both. For body scrub just add an essential oil, I love peppermint- it kinda gives you a fire and ice feel when you step out of the shower - do this everyday for a week and tell me your skin doesn’t feel amazing !! And the cleaning paste is fantastic for sinks, benches, walls the... shower ... And ! when something catches on the bottom of a pot or pan - so don’t worry if you’re a nervous cook - you can get absolutely anything that’s burnt - and I mean everything !!! OFF with this. Just give it a rub with a cloth. To make the cleaner just add white vinegar until you have the correct consistency. This greatly helps cut the toxic chemicals you’re exposed to, on your skin, what you breath in and on your kitchen sink, and what goes down the drain ! #cleanliving #budget #chemicalfree #skincare #selfcare #kitchen See more
