Putting the Pieces Together is a private tutoring service for Primary students from Prep to Year 8. Sessions are one on one and catered for individual students needs. Where possible, I work in conjunction with the schools to ensure consistency and reinforcement. I have over 20 years experience as a Pr...imary teacher and tutor. I specialise in Auditory Processing issues, Dyslexia and Autism Spectrum disorders to name a few. After experiencing learning difficulties with my own son, I am aware of how confusing, lost and desperate parents can feel when faced with learning difficulties in their child. There is light at the end of the tunnel and all children will shine given encouragement and the correct tools. 11.01.2022 Through this tough time ahead, it is very important to put things into perspective. Mental health will be a big issue for everyone. Please try and keep the kids as calm as possible and in a regular routine where you can. This will pass. The smiling Minds app is a great resource for kids and adults to relax the body and mind.

08.01.2022 What an amazing week last week was of online learning. Thanks to my beautiful families for taking the unusual leap. Kids seem to be loving it. It’s very important to keep the momentum up with the kids learning in this very unusual time. We will all get through this and come out the other end better for it in many ways. Stay safe everyone.

04.01.2022 To all my beautiful families, In the wake of the corona virus hitting our shores, please be rest assured that all precautions are being taken. Surfaces are being disinfected before and after each session along with equipment that is used. Once it takes hold, I will be offering my sessions via Skype or the like. If you have any concerns please don’t hesitate to get in contact. Hold on tight it will be over quickly with a bit of luck.

You have achieved amazing things this term under very difficult circumstances. To the parents, you have also done an amazing job at keeping the kids as focussed as you could. Next to the big childcare centre and opposite the sports centre. The larger space will enable more opportunities going forward. Stay safe.
