The purpose of this group is to provide a safe space where we can come together and experience an online weekly healing meditation aimed at nurturing our well-being. The meditation is offered as service to all those who feel called to join.... A little about me : I live in the Eurobodalla on the beautiful south coast of NSW, Australia. I’m committed particularly to helping those in my local community work through and heal from the trauma and stress experienced by many of us during the bushfires last year. I’ve been helping clients for over the last 6 months in our local community to find more peace, balance, support, happiness and vitality so they can begin to move forward in their lives. We offer a modality called LIFT which aims to assist in relieving the pressure arising from life events, relationships and past challenges. We use an integrative and individualised approach utilising meditation , cognitive behavioral therapy, breathing practices, positive psychology, mindfulness, energy and sound medicine, transactional analysis, forgiveness, radical acceptance and adaptation to assist you in lifting your life to one of vitality, peace and happiness. The beauty of The Well Being Initiative is that you may be eligible for FREE or highly discounted sessions. The sessions go for around 45min and are offered both in person and online. 16.01.2022 21.12.2020 Happy Summer Solstice & Saturn Jupiter Conjunction... The official turning into the Age of Aquarius is finally here !! We are moving from the energy of earth to air. It’s time for a letting go of the heavy, rigid structures no longer supporting us to make way for a new lighter energy of renewal. It’s a good time to focus on where you want to head, to use your thoughts to focus on a new positive, uplifting, balanced, harmonious, peaceful and united way forward. It’s time now to move towards truth, love, light and freedom.

03.01.2022 While the ego wants to keep busy and thinks it can do peace our spirit knows if we just stop for a moment or two to just bepeace is always there. By connecting to this sense of peace life tends to flow more easily. I encourage you this morning to take 5 minutes to close your eyes and connect to your breath. Allow yourself to connect to the peace within.
