17.01.2022 Happy New Year all!!! I tend to not make New Years resolutions as I am a firm believer in having a positive, resilient mindset with a focus on always being grateful for life’s everyday blessings. However, I do love that feeling of having a clean reset for growth goals. ... You know the drill, think of the big picture & break it down into small, achievable steps. Eg. I want to feel comfortable in my clothes & wake up feeling positive & motivated every day. I want to be the strongest & healthiest version of myself, rather than I want to drop 10kg, that may just form a part of that overall goal but what does it really mean in the scheme of things? Then that particular step gets broken down into smaller steps & so forth So basically, it’s not on 2021, it’s on you..but you’ve got this!! 15.01.2022 Not a transformation More of an evolution Don’t aim for your ‘old body’ Why strive for a moment in time when your body was totally different & experiencing different things?... Goals should be moving forward Side note: How amazing is the female body? I was actually so much kinder to my body after I gave birth I was far from perfect before & I never strived for perfection after. I just nurtured it, kept it healthy & active, spoke more nicely to it....and gave in to indulgences pretty frequently (can I blame breastfeeding?) Doing it all again now with baby #2 on the way which is a whole different ball game again. Stay balanced & be kind to yourself
