We will be serving you and your guests a BP Verduras - all vegan Paella all gluten and diary free. The vegan Paella will be jam packed with the freshest local ingredients: artichoke hearts, marinated mushrooms, beans, garlic, capsicum, asparagus, snow peas, fresh homemade tomato Sofrito Sauce, calasparra Spanish rice, homemade delicious vegetable stock all made with lots of love .

It was very exciting being behind the scenes and watching all this come together. My staff & myself feeding cast & crew. Bella Paella have been invited to the premier, which no doubt will be sooner than expected the way it’s all coming together. Editing, voice overs etc. ...
