20.01.2022 Thursday thump day Beast mode on The ladies were focused and switched on for today’s boxing session You don’t have to be a pro to enjoy and gain the benefits of boxing. I’ve mentioned many times that boxing is one of my favourite outlets and stress release as well as improve strength, power and endurance. We rotate boxing days so majority of the mums can enjoy boxing #mumsfitness

The idea is to have minimal rest between exercises and 60 seconds rest after each round. ... 11.01.2022 30 Day Challenge: 5000 reps Commencing today and ends 3/12/20 The Bella Fit ladies have been placed into teams for this challenge to help keep them motivated and encourage each other. Anyone can participate ... I’ll be keeping note of those being most consistent, supporting and encouraging to each other. They’ll all be in a draw to win prizes. Those with more points will get more entries in the draw. Most of all have fun with it #TeamChallenge Above shows a couple reps of each exercise. My stories will go into detail further demonstrating the alternatives too. Break it down each day so you make a Circuit with the exercises or choose 3 at a time. Change it up each time. Some days you’ll do higher reps than others. For example. 20 reps of each 3-4 rounds. 10.01.2022 Client Spotlight Say hi to Ruth This legend has been training with me since her first baby was 8 weeks old back in 2014. She now comes with her gorgeous boy Her team spirit and ability to read the room and bring positive vibes is one that is unmatchable. The love and care that she gives to everyone is something that is extremely hard to come by in a person. You constantly motivate the rest of the group ... . She is by far the strongest woman I’ve trained who is determined and driven at every session. She will take on any challenge and has completed 2 spartan races with the Bella Fit Spartan teams. 05.01.2022 Food Labels: The 2 key factors to focus on when deciding food products with labels: 1. sugars 2. saturated fats. This was was brought to my attention today at the Bella Fit Session this morning when the ladies asked about the best type of yogurt.... . Generally you want the sugars to be 10g less per 100g. Go to tube 100g column on the label to see how many grams of sugars. This can also depend on the food product such as dried fruit will increase the sugar content. For saturated fat it’s best to be less than 3g per 100g. . To answer the ladies question a good choice is greek yogurt. #healthymums #healthyfood See more



04.01.2022 Monday Motivation Team Challenge Workouts: Throughout the 30 Day Challenge I’ll share some suggestions for workouts. This is so you don’t cause any overuse injuries and ideally preventing injuries. It’s best to allow rest time for your muscles to recover. . This workout is focusing on lower body and core from the team challenge exercises. I’ve also added variety by changing up the format or type of exercise . I’ve shown videos in My Stories. ... This should take you about 30 minutes workout. Make sure you warmup at least 5 minutes and stretch at the end. 5 rounds 25 reps each 1 Sumo Squats/ Split squat 2 Superman lifts 3 Static lunges (add weight optional) or jump lunges 4 Oblique curls .
