22.01.2022 Now that we are almost in total lockdown there are people out there who simply cannot afford the day to day necessities. I am fortunate enough that I can work from home; however I can imagine the stress and anxiety this situation would cause any parent/family. If you are concerned about you or your child not being able to eat breakfast or lunch feel free to inbox me with no fear, guilt or shame.... I will do what I can to help. A cooked meal, a box of cereal, milk, bread, sugar, cheese, jam, whatever it may be, I will try to help. Do not feel embarassed as we all need help at times and we’re all in this together. If you can help one person feed their child, even just one meal then copy and paste to your page to let others know they can come to you for support

14.01.2022 Not sure who wrote this but The World is Closed They said the world was closed today... So I went to have a look, I found it with the shutters down And the phone was off the hook. So I stood there for a little while But no one was around, Then silence came and startled me With the most alarming sound. I asked him where the others were, And why the streets were bare, He whispered ‘Life had ran away While death was playing there’ ‘Oh no’ I said ‘It can’t be true For life is not afraid’ ‘But no one ever goes’ he said ‘Where death has ever played.’ I understood and walked away As Hope was standing there With Courage in her afterglow And the sunlight in her hair. She said ‘Go home to those you love This is no place to be, For if we walk these streets today Then no one shall be free’. She threw her light to lead the way And showed me where to go, The very road that life had gone Where the future flowers grow. Then death showed me another way But I didn’t want to look, So I stumbled home in time for tea And I read another book. 09.01.2022 Spare a thought for your Travel Agent. As the world of travel crumbles around our feet, spare a thought for your diligent agent. Yes, you are upset about cancelling one holiday but imagine how upset they are at cancelling hundreds. Hours upon hours of work down the drain. Beautiful and creative trips planned together with out clients gone in the tap of a key. We don't charge fees lightly but the fact is- we have already spent hours on your booking. We have searched Rome for t...he perfect hotel that is central yet not pricey. One that has breakfast included and a lift to get to the top floor due to your dodgy knee. We have scoured tour companies for exactly the perfect journey to tick all your boxes and get you back to your brothers birthday in London. Usually, you get all this extra value without any extra charges to you. Your hotel, train, cruise & tour suppliers pay us for this. We wake up in the middle of the night remembering a new airline policy that may effect a certain client. We sit alone and cry on the couch because a client is unhappy with a policy that we did not create. We watch as all around us our colleagues are losing their jobs and wonder what will come next? But we do it all for the love of our clients. We genuinely care about every one of them and our heart breaks every time we get a negative email. It is deflating to do your best for someone, not be paid for that work and still be berated by them. Spare a thought for your Travel Agent.. please post on your wall or share with a friend, in doing so you are helping all the agents out there that see no end. Share the love

To ALL our dear valued clients/locals and Business owners: It has come to our attention that another local business has made it their priority to go around (spreading) unnecessary rumours about BellaJet Travel I would like to take this time to let you all know the following: NO BellaJet Travel has NOT CLOSED down for good!!! ... We have been extremely fortunate that I have been able to move my business to my home office, to keep you/myself and my family safe in this unpredictable time. We will continue to trade from my home until further notice, and we would like you to all know that 2020, 2021 and 2022 bookings are all a priority to us and once this horrific catastrophe ends, we will be here to help you book/quote any of your future travel needs.
