09.01.2022 So, 20 years ago I had my cosmetic tattooing done (I feel soooo old saying that) - and whilst I loved having my lips done, they hurt like a son of a b!+ch - and I have never summoned up the courage to have them done again... Until a month ago.. 06.01.2022 Unfortunately, due to a disappointingly high number of last minute cancellations over the past few days, I have no choice but to implement a cancellation policy for all new appointments as of today Whilst I have a waiting list for available appointments, it is almost impossible to fill these with only 1-2 hours notice (or less, in some cases) This will not affect any appointments already booked in.... The full policy is as follows: == CANCELLATION POLICY == All appointments require a $20 non-refundable booking fee, which will be taken off your total amount of service at your appointment To change your appointment - please contact us via Facebook Messenger A minimum of 24 hours notice is required should you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment Cancellation or rescheduling of an appointment less with less than 24 hours notice - the Booking Fee will not be refunded, with no exception If you miss your appointment or do not show for your appointment, the Booking Fee will not be refunded - with no exception If you are 10mins or more late for your appointment - your appointment will be cancelled, and the Booking Fee not returned - with no exception Cancellation within 24 hours or not showing for your appointment forfeits any free vouchers that were to be used at the original appointment Rescheduling of an appointment with more than 24 hours notice - the Booking Fee will be moved to your new appointment

Now, I'm not going to give you som lame countdown - like, "OMG there i only 753 Monday's left until Christmas!" What I am going to say is this:... I am almost fully booked the week (and a bit) before Christmas. And there are no evening appointments left at all Most of my clients have already booked into 2021 But, if you're looking at getting your waxing or lashes done before Christmas - so you're all ready for the week of festivities (and saying Adios to this sucky 2020) - see if you can plan ahead a little, and get in touch with me sooner rather than later
