24.01.2022 We are a custom fabrication business making food trucks / food trailers and wide array of highly customised marketing and promotional trucks / trailers. We require a motivated person with a strong work ethic to join our team as a warehouse worker / purchasing officer. The role will initially be 3 days per week, and those hours may be increased in 2021. List of duties below, The successful applicant skills... Essential: (Please DO NOT apply unless you have BOTH of these current licences as they are fundamental to the position) 1) Current forklift licence 2) Current Qld drivers licence Desired skills; MS Excel / Word and Outlook. MYOB would be good also, but can be trained. Good communication skills and phone manner. Daily duties include, but not limited to; Assist shipping and receiving unloading trucks and checking in merchandise. Prepares orders by processing requests and supply orders; pulling materials; packing boxes; placing orders in delivery area. Chase backorders and process returns and credits. Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves or in bins according to organizational standards Open bales, crates and other containers Maintains inventory controls by collecting stock location orders, printing request, recording amounts of materials or items received or distributed through a computer. May also assist in counting of physical inventory Prepare parcels for mailing Maintains safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and work stations neat; Sweep, dust and mop. Organize warehouse and work area for orderliness at all times Wear the proper safety equipment Due to the potential hazards in a busy factory / fabricating environment, the successful applicant needs to be able to display hazard awareness and safe work practices.

16.01.2022 Service Announcement Some days we sound like a broken record telling our client's that their best option is to buy an Australian Made food truck! Unfortunately in our industry their are very cheap and low quality food trucks and trailers being imported into Australia. These products don't last, don't comply to Australian standards, will not grant you a food permit, are weak and overall are very poor quality. The cracks you see in the imagine comes from having a weak chass...is and poor quality fiberglass. BEWARE: some Australian manufacturer say their products are Australian Made, however they are imported as a flat pack and assembled in Australia.
